This morning I made my darling one of his favorite dishes for breakfast, Shakshukah = שקשוקה. It is kind of a tradition here, I make it for him on his birthday, but this year we had to go out early on his birthday so I decided I will extend the birthday celebrations to the weekend.

While cutting all the veggies for the Shakshukah, I started thinking why I like cooking, I thought this cutting of the peppers is a bit like knitting , weird me. When I start cooking I was amazed by the colour combination growing in my skillet so I decided to take some photos:
