It is two weeks since we returned from our trip to the Northeast and I still didn’t find time to post, shame on me. So tonight I decided to share with you the first rule I learned the day we arrived to Boston: Don’t forget to tuck your shirt into the pants woman! Yes, a desert creature like me didn’t know this simple fact of life in the cold, amazing, no?
As you can see, I really like snow:
This affection to the white stuff has to do with growing up in Jerusalem, where snow is a real treat. I will write more soon.
I couldn’t imagine growing up where there is no snow. I live in Indiana and when I was little we used to get way more snow. It was just a given with winter. Now I find myself sitting around every winter, staring out the window, just waiting for the stuff to come. With this wacky weather, you never know. Well, I hope that you get to enjoy many more snows and be careful driving.
I imagine you could drive up the road to Flagstaff and find a little snow to play in. We have enough, more coming. I’m ready for spring!
awww! so good to see a post . . and about snow too! and aren’t those pine tress wonderful . . i just love them.
